I see many women focused training programs. How is Superbloom Fellows different?

There are 3 specific ways the Superbloom Fellows program is different from many other offerings-
It is a year long, virtual LIVE cohort based learning for mid career women professionals designed after decades of pedagogical research by "one of the top 15 innovators in higher education"  Dr.Ramya 
It is designed to be international and across business verticals to provide a diversity of cohort while accentuating the similarities in challenges and solutions
We have designed a 3-5 person accountability pods that research has shown dramatically increases the effectiveness of any change-process.

I am ready to set my team up for success . How do I know if my Protégée /nominee/employee/portfolio leader is right fit for this program?

Is the nominee a professional women with  have 10-15 years of experience, ready to own her ambition to bring her authentic leadership to her career and has your organization's support to contribute to her full potential - then she is the right fit for this program.

Is there a discount for multiple nominations from same organization?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we would apply a discount of 10% for all accepted nominations from same organization. We will work with the individuals for preferences for same or different pod assignments and any conflict resolution as appropriate.

I am based in US and I have direct reports /women employees/protégée in India or other countries. Can I nominate her?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we accept nominations from ALL around the world. Our medium of instruction is English and all communication between participants is expected to be in English. We welcome participants from any country/region.

Do I have to live in US to participate?

No, you can be based anywhere with good internet connection for this virtual program.

What is my time commitment to make the most out of Superbloom Fellows program as a participant ?

There are two phases in the program - foundation (6 months) and flourishing (3 months). Through out the program, you are expected to participate in fortnightly 60 mins cohort wide Live sessions ( recording made available if you have occasional conflicts) and more offline content and small Pods sessions.

FOUNDATION

6 months of intensive learning, reflection, prototyping and coaching.
Superbloom fellows will continue to have access to the entire program for a year, allowing to go back and refresh your/one’s learnings, lookup tools and apply them as required.

FLOURISHING
Courageous Conversations
(March 01, 2024 - May 31, 2024)
This part of the program focuses on peer-support and mentoring circles. We shall bring on prominent guest speakers for panels, fireside chat to share their valuable experience with us.
Space will be provided to discuss and stay in touch with the cohort as a whole and with the accountability pods (small teams).

Are the sessions live or pre-recorded?

During the foundation (first 6 months) of the program, there will be one live interactive session with Dr Ramya every fortnight. These sessions are for live exercises, discussion, Q&A, and hot seat coaching with Dr Ramya. The theory content will be made accessible to you through pre-recorded videos which will be unlocked every fortnight. You will also receive assignments, related readings and worksheets to help you in that fortnight's activity.

During the flourishing phase, we will have live interactive sessions that will include various guest speakers, panel discussions and interactive mentoring sessions, that will be spaced out fortnightly.

When will I know if my nomination ( self or others) has been accepted?

You will hear back on or before August 15, 2023 for the final status of your nomination. After you submit the nomination, we will schedule a 15 min interview ( virtual). We will strive to respond to all applicants/nominees within 2 days of the interviews or at the latest by August 15, 2023.

What is a Pod?

Every participant will be placed in a support and accountability group, called a Pod. The size of each pod should be 3 to 5 members. Participants who wish to can form their own PODs. Alternatively, you can ask us to allocate you to a Pod.

How often does each Pod need to meet?

Accepted Answer

Pod members are expected to meet once a fortnight to discuss their progress. Pod members are also encouraged to communicate privately with each other through a whatsapp or any other medium that they choose.

Is it mandatory for me to join a Pod? Why?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Discussing and working as part of a Pod is a key component of the program design. Research indicates a 500% increased likelihood of establishing positive new habits when supported by accountability partners.

Can my Pod meet in person if we are in the same location?

Accepted Answer

In the rare case that this happens, and if all your Pod members agree, you can meet in person. However, it is required that you join as individuals for the live session with the facilitator so that your faces are individually visible on screen.

When should I pay the program Tuition ?

Accepted Answer

Payments are due within 07 days of invoice with your acceptance letter or by Sep 01, 2023 which ever is earlier. We accept wire transfers, ACH transfers and Zelle payments in USD.

Is this considered professional development? Do you have any information that qualifies this for professional development credits and reimbursement from my employer?

Yes, this qualifies as personal development and we can help you in framing your request for reimbursement from your employer.
