We have designed a 3-5 person accountability pods that research has shown dramatically increases the effectiveness of any change-process.

There are two phases in the program - foundation (6 months) and flourishing (3 months). Through out the program, you are expected to participate in fortnightly 60 mins cohort wide Live sessions ( recording made available if you have occasional conflicts) and more offline content and small Pods sessions.
FOUNDATION Own Your Ambition
(September 01, 2022 - February 29, 2024)
6 months of intensive learning, reflection, prototyping and coaching. Superbloom fellows will continue to have access to the entire program for a year, allowing to go back and refresh your/one’s learnings, lookup tools and apply them as required.
FLOURISHING Courageous Conversations
(March 01, 2024 - May 31, 2024)
This part of the program focuses on peer-support and mentoring circles. We shall bring on prominent guest speakers for panels, fireside chat to share their valuable experience with us. Space will be provided to discuss and stay in touch with the cohort as a whole and with the accountability pods (small teams).
During the foundation (first 6 months) of the program, there will be one live interactive session with Dr Ramya every fortnight. These sessions are for live exercises, discussion, Q&A, and hot seat coaching with Dr Ramya. The theory content will be made accessible to you through pre-recorded videos which will be unlocked every fortnight. You will also receive assignments, related readings and worksheets to help you in that fortnight's activity.
During the flourishing phase, we will have live interactive sessions that will include various guest speakers, panel discussions and interactive mentoring sessions, that will be spaced out fortnightly.
